New Year's resolutions?

Well I've kept the not dieting part.
But I'm a bit lost where to start on a 20km training schedule.
Since I've been abroad for work and don't like jogging in unknown, rainy and dark places, I didn't get any exercise last week.
Tonight will be an early night. Bath&bed. Lovely.
Tomorrow I meet my friend Betty who's back in Belgium for 3 days. Allright!
And the day after that? The day after that I simply must get started, even though I will have drunk too much the night before.
